Gain clinical & research experience

Our department offers two degree programs: a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.). We also offer a minor.

Our faculty have widely-recognized expertise as researchers, teachers, and practitioners. Depending on your particular focus, you have a chance to gain clinical and/or research experience while pursuing either the B.A. or B.S. degree. The department offers clinical and community outreach, a bilingual training program in Spanish and English, and guidance regarding job placement and externships.

Our department is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
