M.A. & Au.D.

Assistant instructorships: We have a limited number of assistant instructorships (AI) available. These are usually offered to incoming students with the highest GPAs and GRE scores.

Assistant instructorships in ASL: Students who have taken several levels (typically four) of American Sign Language (ASL) may also qualify for funding as assistant instructors to ASL courses. You are encouraged to describe your ASL or other special skills in the application to the graduate program.

Research assistantships: Funding in the form of research assistantships is occasionally available.

STEPS funding for M.A. SLP students

Students who are interested in the STEPS program—the bilingual track (Spanish-English) in the M.A. program—may also receive funding. To be considered, indicate your interest in this specific program on your application.
