Brain Injury Support Group

Brain Injury Support Group

The Brain Injury Support Group is designed for persons 16 years or older who have suffered an acquired brain injury (i.e., motor vehicle accident, traumatic injury, aneurysm) and are motivated by educational or vocational goals. The group seeks to offer support through group discussion, counseling and therapeutic activity designed to maximize coping and life skills as well as provide opportunities for peer support. Discussion topics may include (but are not limited to) adjustment issues, grief/loss, transition to school/work, relationship issues and community resources.

Group meetings are held the first Monday of each month from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.  Parking is available directly in front of the clinic.  An online option is also available. To obtain more information or the link for the online group, please contact Rebecca Eberle rebeberl@indiana.edu 812-855-1069.
