Mackenzie Mills is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences, pursuing a degree in Hearing Sciences with a minor in Neuroscience. She also graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University in 2017. Mackenzie is performing her research in the Auditory Physiology Lab under the direction of Dr. Robert Withnell, Dr. Yi Shen, and Dr. Laura Hurley at IU and Dr. Kevin Ohlemiller at Washington University in St. Louis. Mackenzie's research focuses on investigating cochlear mechanical function in the normal and disordered system, combining theoretical and experimental approaches to studies using a mouse model.
