Noël DeMott is a Ph.D. student in the Bilingual Language Lab under the mentorship of Dr. Raquel Anderson. She studied for her undergraduate education at the University of Cincinnati where she received degrees in Spanish and Communication Sciences & Disorders. Noël completed her M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology at Indiana University, which included completing the Spanish/English bilingual track program (STEPS). Her primary research interest is in pediatric language and bilingualism. She is especially interested in the topics of phonology, bilingual language interaction, and applied clinical research. Outside of work, Noël enjoys spending time with people, reading, and experiencing the outdoors.
